Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification.
• Licensed therapist valid in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in day-to-day operations to meet contract and regulatory standards.
• Supervise project staff and monitor performance goals.
• Develop and implement training protocols for SOF personnel.
• Coordinate with Human Performance and Medical teams for holistic support.
