Job summary

Maximus seeks a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior-level oversight and technical leadership for the Physical Domain within POTFF, spanning sports medicine, conditioning, rehabilitation, and nutrition for SOF mission readiness.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance or eligibility, with responsibilities across multi-project oversight and vendor coordination in a home-office, continental US setting.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex service delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, program management, and government stakeholders.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including staffing and execution.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and adjust as needs change.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Baseline projects and capture metrics for forecasting.
• Review deliverables and ensure PMI standards are applied.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimize risk exposure and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and coordinate vendor relations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

Bachelor’s degree in athletic training, physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, human performance, or related field

Professional certification or licensure (ATC, PT, CSCS, RD/RDN)
