Job summary

Maximus seeks a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior-level oversight and technical leadership for the Physical Domain within POTFF. The role supports SOF mission readiness and resilience through integrated performance services including sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. U.S.

citizenship and a Secret clearance are required for contract performance. The position involves managing complex, multi-project programs, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to PMI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional certification/licensure such as ATC, PT, CSCS, RD/RDN or equivalent.
• Experience supporting human performance, sports medicine, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, or related readiness programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, program management, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning artifacts.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including planning, staffing, leading, and controlling activities.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain resource plans and required documents.
• Baseline projects and forecast LOE using metrics.
• Review deliverables before presenting to management and customers.
• Apply PMI standards and ensure quality assurance.
