Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY is seeking a Senior Engineer in Process Engineering for Photolithography. You will develop and optimize lithography processes, tools, and controls to meet quality standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with product development and manufacturing schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in photolithography, APC, SPC, FMEA and related semiconductor processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in photolithography and related areas.
• Experience with process control, FMEA and SPC methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Establish SOP and FMEA for related processes.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods and costs.
• Integrate equipment and materials to meet specs; drive continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Adhere to safety and EH&S policies in all activities.
