Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Malta, New York, is seeking professionals to support state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor manufacturing. You will own technology modules, prioritize projects, and drive improvement experiments to enable meeting product requirements for performance, reliability and defect-free manufacturing.

Qualifications

Requires a technical degree (BS/MS/PhD) in Science, Math, Engineering or related discipline.
4+ years for BS, 2+ years for MS, 1+ year for PhD in semiconductor manufacturing or related fields.
Experience with integration, lithography, and semiconductor processing to improve yield and reliability.

Responsibilities

Owns the 45nm Silicon Photonics technology product ramp from development to mature tech.
Leads a technology module, prioritizes projects, and defines improvement experiments.
Develops/qualifies silicon photonics process flows for performance, reliability and defect-free manufacturing.
