Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Six years of experience in process engineering or related titles.
• Experience monitoring and analyzing SPC charts, DOE data, and yield.
• Experience in single and batch Wafer Cleans Tool Operation and process recipes.
• Cross‑functional collaboration to drive defectivity improvements and process optimization.
• Training engineers on process know‑how and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wet cleans process, including recipe development and reducing variability.
• Create and document process engineering procedures for tool operation.
• Start up and qualify new processes and equipment on schedule.
• Improve tool to tool performance matching.
• Support CIP programs to enhance process windows, cost, yield, productivity, and line yield.
• Represent the module in cross‑functional teams for yield and issue resolution.
• Address MRB and 8D findings, troubleshooting with CAS/procedures and cross‑department collaboration.
• Sustain and improve process performance and SPC while meeting quality, cost, and scrap reduction goals.
