Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer for the Fab9 200mm Fabricator team in Essex Junction, VT.

The role is on-site, Mon-Fri daytime, sustaining, improving, and owning photolithography processes and developing new ones across 365nm/248nm/193nm. You will work with various lithography chemicals, tool types, and collaborate with equipment, integration, characterization, and development teams to meet output targets and drive yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or related technical discipline plus 2–4 years semiconductor experience.
• Fluency in English language (written & verbal).
• Applied knowledge of photolithography and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Level ownership and line sustaining for existing photolithography processes.
• Learn and work with Fab9 systems and photolithography processes & tools, while balancing quality, cost and delivery to meet and exceed output standards.
• Collaborate with equipment teams to improve deliverable targets, SPC, and tool qualifications.
• Work with integration, characterization and development teams to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams on new lithography technologies and features.
