Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes, driving yield, cost and productivity improvements across manufacturing lines. You will work with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issues and deliver robust, scalable processes.

The role requires 2+ years in Photolithography process ownership, a bachelor's or master's in engineering, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Photolithography.
• BS or MS in Engineering (or equivalent military experience) or AAS with 5+ years industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes to improve product quality, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to identify and resolve production issues.
• Use project management to close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps across processes.
• Drive improvements across SPC charts owned by the engineer.
