Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws, handling difficult draws as needed.
• Obtain patient identification, verify labeling, and perform data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split and store as required.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and provide on-site guidance to staff.
