Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead in Fishkill, NY. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotational weekends, to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCS or Client Offices.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary draws, ensure proper patient identification, and maintain data entry and site operations while mentoring staff. A minimum of two years phlebotomy experience and a cert is required.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs).
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with a consistently low error rate.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling; perform data entry as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment and assist with site operations.
