Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Patient Services Representative I to be the face of the company to patients visiting for health routines or testing. You will draw blood, prepare specimens for lab testing, and explain procedures with trust and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include daily accuracy, safety, and professional conduct; record-keeping; and promoting a positive image with patients, clients, and the public. Some shifts require weekends or on-call coverage.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
  • Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
  • Maintains required records and documentation.
  • Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
