Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to join our healthcare team in Georgia. The PSR II represents the face of our company to patients and is responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

This role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and strong customer service skills. Training locations vary; travel to multiple sites may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Two+ years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples accurately and safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Verify patient demographics and signatures post-venipuncture.
• Maintain complete records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain procedures to patients.
• Travel and work across multiple locations as needed.
