Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience with six-figure gifts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and close philanthropic partnerships with a focus on endowed and estate gifts.
  • Develop personalized cultivation strategies and maintain donor relationships through regular engagement.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to secure philanthropic partnerships and gifts.
  • Collaborate with leadership on fundraising goals and strategies; manage donor events and communications.
  • Represent the Foundation at community events and coordinate with professional advisors.
