Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital setting.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in daily operations and workflow.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems accurately.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; verify accuracy and interactions.
• Lead pharmacy department inventory management, including ordering and storage of Rx drugs.
• Handle cash register transactions and assist customers in locating products.
• Support clinical services coordination with Walgreens healthcare providers and clinics.
