Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will support pharmacists by dispensing prescriptions, entering patient data, and ensuring accuracy and safety in every transaction. Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required, except in Puerto Rico.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision in dispensing and patient care tasks.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and check for interactions.
• Support inventory management and store-level prescription processing.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers and help locate products.
