Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience role in-store to engage customers, assist with products and services, and support the Pharmacy team. You will greet customers, resolve questions, and help maintain a positive shopping experience.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will enter patient data, dispense prescriptions, verify accuracy, and assist with inventory and clerical duties. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision and input patient and drug data into pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by counting and pouring medications; verify accuracy and potential interactions.
• Handle cash register transactions and direct customers to OTC products as needed.
• Support inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
• Participate in clinical services as required and coordinate with pharmacy team and local providers.
