Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, strategic enterprise customer implementations across our software and services portfolio. You will act as the primary project leader for high-value customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining executive-level communication, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software implementation methodologies and project management best practices.
• Experience managing large scale, cross functional implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, healthcare software, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, TaskRay, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end implementation projects for enterprise and strategic customers, managing all phases from kickoff through go live.
• Serve as the primary project contact for executive customer stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and issue resolution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, Client Success, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, Billing, and vendors.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, risk assessments, and decision making sessions.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and escalations.
• Drive accountability across internal teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations with varying complexity and timelines.
• Partner with customer leadership to understand business objectives and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, configuration, and testing.
• Ensure documentation and communication plans remain current throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor project health with KPIs and provide forecasting of timelines and resources.
• Lead change management activities and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements.
