Outcomes Operating Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise customer implementations across software and services.

You will be the overall project owner, coordinating cross-functional teams and steering committees to ensure adoption, on-time delivery, and alignment with business goals. You will manage risks, develop implementation strategies, and collaborate with leaders to meet scope and timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and executives.
• Strong project governance, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders with status updates and issue resolution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance.
