Job summary

Outcomes® seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise customer implementations across our software and services portfolio. This role acts as the primary project leader for high-value customers, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with executive-level communication and governance to achieve on-time, on-scope delivery and successful adoption.

Responsibilities include developing plans, steering committees, risk management, and mentoring teams to optimize implementation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software implementation methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional implementations.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience facilitating executive meetings and steering committees.
• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of software implementation lifecycle and onboarding best practices.
• Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, TaskRay, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders, providing guidance and issue resolution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Services, Sales, Client Success, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, Billing, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate executive steering meetings, project statuses, risk assessments, and decision making sessions.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.
• Drive accountability to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations with varying complexity and timelines.
• Partner with customer leadership to understand objectives, workflows, and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, networking, configuration, and testing.
• Ensure documentation and communication plans remain current throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor project health using KPIs and forecast timelines and resources.
• Lead change management activities and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews and improve methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to standardization of processes, templates, governance models, and best practices.
• Mentor team members on complex engagements.
