Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Tallahassee, FL to manage key client relationships and drive operational projects for pharmacy benefits. You will collaborate with clients to define scope, timelines, and deliverables while supporting call centers and ensuring QA for product development tied to client needs.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in the pharmacy benefits sector, with strong Microsoft Office skills and proven client management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
• Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
