The Client Relationship Executive will own top-tier accounts and drive integrated growth across BGBx Consulting and Communications, acting as a trusted advisor to commercialization leadership.

The role bridges buyers, relationships, and capabilities, leaning Consulting while bringing Communications capabilities.

Qualifications

12-15+ years in pharmaceutical/life sciences commercial leadership.
Proven ability to sell senior strategic engagements at SVP/CSU level.
Track record of opening and expanding named accounts across client organizations.
Strong professional services sales experience with delivery understanding.
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Established network of client relationships enabling access and opportunities.
Comfortable being measured on revenue origination and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of 3-4 named strategic accounts with integrated growth plans across capabilities.
Identify and pursue new-logo opportunities; build C-suite relationships.
Lead top-to-top meetings and breakthrough sessions with clients.
Develop proposals, pricing and staffing with practice/delivery teams.
Coordinate cross-functional BGBx teams and surface account intelligence.
Report pipeline and revenue forecast to leadership; drive cross-sell opportunities.
