Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, procurement, business growth, new business, or marketing roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or communications agency preferred.
• Experience drafting SOWs, scopes, proposals, timelines, budgets, or client-facing procurement materials.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth strategies for existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with account, project management, finance, and discipline leads to create scopes, proposals, estimates, and timelines.
• Draft and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) reflecting client needs and timelines.
• Manage procurement-related requests and prepare client materials.
• Translate client needs into internal action plans and align deliverables with scope and timing.
• Identify growth opportunities with client teams and leadership; develop tailored proposals.
• Support cross-functional initiatives for new business and expanding client relationships.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for meetings.
• Coordinate pitch rehearsals and refine messaging and flow.
