Job summary

BGBx seeks a senior Client Relationship Executive to own a portfolio of named pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts, driving growth across BGBx Consulting and BGBx Communications. This quota-carrying role requires trusted advisory capabilities across the commercialization lifecycle, bridging consulting and communications with senior client leadership.

The CRE originates opportunities, coordinates practice and delivery leaders, and translates opportunities into staffed engagements.

Qualifications

12-15+ years in pharma/life sciences with commercial consulting leadership.
Proven ability to open and expand SVP/C-suite level accounts.
Significant named-account relationships and business development experience.

Responsibilities

Own 3-4 named strategic accounts with an integrated growth plan across BGBx.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new-logo opportunities and build C-suite relationships.
Lead cross-divisional opportunities and develop proposals, pricing, and staffing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through the cross-solving process and sales cycle.
Report pipeline and revenue forecast to leadership; participate in business reviews.
Champion and embed Built for Breakthrough value proposition across named accounts.
