Zusammenfassung

BGBx is seeking a Senior Vice President to shape and grow its life sciences consulting business. You will guide high-impact engagements across market opportunity assessment, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and customer strategy while integrating strategy, data, AI, and technology.

You will build senior client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help expand capabilities and offerings. The role offers remote work within the United States and significant potential for impact

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, psychology, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years of life sciences consulting experience with progressive responsibility for client relationships, strategic engagements, teams, and business development.
• Experience advising pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, or medtech organizations on complex commercial and strategic business challenges.

• Lead strategic client work advising senior clients on complex commercial challenges and shape engagements.
• Grow senior client relationships and translate emerging needs into new opportunities.
• Connect strategy with technology by leveraging AI, data, analytics, and other tech to strengthen solutions.
• Build the practice by developing capabilities, offerings, and intellectual capital.
• Lead across disciplines by coordinating consultants, behavioral scientists, creatives, technologists, and data specialists.
• Develop talent through mentorship and leadership.
