Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a remote U.S. role, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while serving as a brand ambassador for our client.

You will act with consultative expertise, provide proactive communication, and mentor recruiters and team members across the recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include leading intake meetings, developing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, and guiding offers with market data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Workday experience highly preferred.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on their progress throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
