Qualifications

• Thirteen years of pharma/biopharma professional services experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharma process manufacturing.
• Experience selling engineering services projects $5–10 million.
• Familiar with GMP compliance requirements.
• Established consultative relationships with pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote engineering services to pharma customers across process manufacturing and digital transformation.
• Develop proposals based on customer requirements and regulations.
• Present and sell IoT and engineering services to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, regulatory functions.
• Collaborate to identify engineering challenges like recipe design, OEE, batch tracking, maintenance.
• Drive new business opportunities within pharma sector.
• Lead market analysis and strategic sales planning; track progress.
• Support business reviews and strengthen relationships for service adoption.
• Drive awareness of IoT and digital engineering through events and thought leadership.
