Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project, including safety culture and staff mentoring.
• Manages preconstruction, pricing, subcontractor selection and buyout.
• Coordinates with owners, designers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Reviews submittals, change orders and cost control.
• Leads monthly reviews and project closeout processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Provides regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
