Job summary

GoodRx, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Account Manager for the Client Success team in Santa Monica. You will manage top pharmaceutical and agency accounts, ensure renewals, and drive revenue growth through proactive campaigns and cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with BI, Advertising Ops, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions, while guiding an Account Associate and managing end-to-end implementation and program metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical client and account management.
• Strong written/verbal communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver contracted solutions.
• Work closely with an Account Associate to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage implementation, ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly program metrics to reinforce ROI and inform client goals.
• Own and drive Top Account QBRs with performance insights and recommendations.
• Lead internal account planning sessions to align growth, renewal, and expansion strategies.
• Identify and drive lead generation opportunities with Sales.
