Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists seeks an Account Manager to blend client engagement with innovative pharmacy benefits solutions. You will serve as the primary contact via phone and email, manage client reviews, enrollments, and benefit meetings, and work with our proprietary claims adjudication software to ensure a seamless experience.

You will collaborate on plan parameters, support transitions, recruit new clients, and help identify cost savings through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with clients to provide innovative solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills under pressure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact via phone and email to resolve questions and issues.
• Participate in high-energy client reviews, enrollments, and benefit meetings.
• Become expert in our proprietary claims adjudication software.
• Collaborate on plan parameters and transition processes with clients.
• Finalize agreements and maintain professional client relationships.
• Coordinate with data vendors and third parties during onboarding of new clients.
• Assist in recruiting new clients and presenting proposals.
• Identify potential cost savings through analysis of client prescription data.
