Job summary

Terminix is seeking a subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with best-practice service delivery and issue resolution. You will coach leadership, analyze data, and deploy corrective action plans to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Lead initiatives across branches, collaborate with account managers, and drive improvements in protocols and technology to enhance retention and service quality. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree in entomology or related sciences preferred.
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred.
• Minimum 5 yrs of Structural Pest Management experience.
• 2 years+ of Structural Pest Management field experience.
• 1 year+ management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs with Operations, National Accounts, and Sales.
• Performs site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestations and develops action plans with Operations.
• Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to drive action resolutions.
• Coaches Branch leaders to develop pest management competencies and front-line staff.
• Develops action plans and SMART goals to improve service quality and resolves issues.
• Drives improvements to protocols and service delivery to boost retention and efficiency.
• Identifies projects to drive improvements in people, processes, and technology.
