Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead Pest Technician Teams at a local branch in the United States. You will ensure efficient routes, maintain safety standards, and manage customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes team leadership, scheduling oversight, and regulatory compliance within a growing national Pest Control operation. You will be responsible for coaching technicians, handling inventory, and facilitating ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to relocate and mentor Pest Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Pest Technician Teams at local branch.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellations when needed.
• Inspect Pest Technicians' performance and provide feedback and training.
• Maintain inventory of pest control products and manage company assets.
