Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician teams across our branches, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will supervise routes, maintain safety standards, and manage team performance while coordinating inventory and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license are requirements.
• A four year degree is highly desirable.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presenting.
• Detail oriented and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate training of local sales and service teams.
