Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician teams, ensuring daily routes are completed, safety standards are met, and customer satisfaction remains high. You will monitor performance, manage branch schedules, and support training across teams to drive service excellence.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work outdoors and in confined spaces. A driver’s license and relocation openness are desired as you support multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; four-year degree highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years related experience helpful.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, presenting.
• Problem solving and practical solutions.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Comfortable working outside and in crawl spaces/attics when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training for local sales and service teams.
