Job summary

World Insurance Associates is hiring for an administrative role supporting Client Advisors and service teams. You will follow established workflows to maintain policy details and support renewals, endorsements, and client communications.

Qualified candidates will have an HS diploma, knowledge of EPIC and MS Office, and familiarity with agency management systems and property & casualty insurance concepts. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office products for basic formatting.
• Understanding of property and casualty coverage.
• Must hold or be eligible for a state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; initiate endorsements and invoices.
• Use templates and system letters to produce standard client communications.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• May pull items like MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, and RCE.
• Generate and send renewal proofs; maintain documents.
