Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a detail-oriented insurance support professional in Virginia to handle policy data, renewals, endorsements, and documents in the EPIC system. The role supports lead advisers and requires solid MS Office skills and a Property & Casualty license.

You will manage communications, generate letters, and organize tasks, while maintaining accurate records and following established workflows and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member.
• May pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.
• Generate and send renewal proofs, if requested.
• Check endorsement against request.
• Document maintenance/retrieval.
