Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead client service for personal property and casualty accounts. You will evaluate renewals, propose coverage options, and manage the renewal process with carriers and clients.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of P&C experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required and experience with agency software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, tables).
• Strong client service mindset with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service for renewals and coverage recommendations.
• Review renewals and determine accounts for remarket.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance in EPIC where applicable.
• Maintain accurate account details and documentation in the system.
• Collaborate with carriers and team to provide timely client communications.
