Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a client service professional to support renewal processing, account management, and carrier communications. Under guidance, you will handle standard renewal tasks, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accuracy in billing and policy details.

You bring 3+ years of Personal Property and Casualty experience, a valid Property & Casualty license, and strong Excel/Word skills to support client service and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel, Word and MS Office skills to support client communications and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with clients and teammates.
• Experience supporting renewal processes and client service activities in a P&C context.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing (where applicable).
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member.
• Maybe pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.
