Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks a client service professional to support personal property and casualty clients. You will assist with renewals, advise on coverage, and use a comparative rating tool to obtain quotes while maintaining accurate policy information in EPIC.

The role requires 3+ years in P&C, a Property & Casualty license, and strong MS Office skills. A detail‑oriented team player who can communicate clearly with clients and carriers will excel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service with guidance.
• Renewal messaging to clients (where applicable).
• Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes; review renewals for remarketing; make coverage recommendations.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Maintain accurate account details in EPIC and organize documents.
