World Insurance Associates in Lakeland, FL is seeking an insurance support specialist to assist lead advisors by following established workflows on routine work, with reliance on EPIC and agency systems. This role supports client service and policy administration in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will prepare renewals, endorsements, and client communications, maintain policy records, and help with document organization while collaborating with a senior team.

Formación

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Experience with insurance policies, renewals, endorsements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters to produce client communications.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• May pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE.
• Generate and send renewal proofs, if requested.
• Document maintenance/retrieval.
