World Insurance Associates, a global network of brokers, seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support lead service and Client Advisors. You will follow established workflows, manage policy details in EPIC, and help accelerate client service.

In this role, you will process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance, attach and organize documents, and create activities for the team. Strong MS Office skills and a Property & Casualty license are valued.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 2+ years experience in Personal Property and Casualty.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member
