Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of client service management experience with a HS diploma.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficiency in EPIC agency management system and Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process and strategy for complex accounts by overseeing client information, needs analysis, and tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier partner relationships with timely responses and service.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, giving feedback, and fostering development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee the accuracy and management of client and policy data using Gallagher systems.
• Utilize Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
