Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of client service or claims management experience, or
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of client service or claims management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead insurance policy renewal activities.
• Support clients with insurance questions and service requests.
• Work with sales teams to provide suitable coverage solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client services.
• Mentor and support Client Service team members.
• Conduct compliance and service quality audits.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
• Use company technology to improve productivity.
• Manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.

Education
