Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines experience.
• Active WA P&C license.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.
• Develop streamlined departmental workflows and procedures to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines to oversee day-to-day operations.
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and expanded coverage options.
• Drive achievement of agency goals and performance objectives.
• Enhance client service to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports to track progress toward goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance carriers.
• Foster a productive, positive department environment.
• Provide ongoing training on agency management system and carrier websites.
• participate in staff evaluations and assist in hiring/training of new team members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the role.
