Job summary

gpac is seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium client accounts. You will partner with the Director to refine processes and drive day-to-day operations, while pursuing growth through cross-selling and expanded coverage options.

The role requires 5+ years in Personal Lines, an active WA P&C license, and proficiency with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office. A collaborative, customer-focused leader will excel in this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines experience.
• Active WA P&C license.
• Applied Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.
• Develop and streamline departmental workflows to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines on daily operations.
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and expanded coverage.
• Drive achievement of agency goals and performance metrics.
• Enhance client service to ensure high satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports on departmental progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers.
• Foster a productive, positive department culture.
• Provide ongoing training on the agency management system and carrier sites.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations and assist in hiring/training.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
