Job summary

gpac is seeking a Personal Lines Manager to lead a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients in Washington. You will work closely with the Director of Personal Lines to optimize day-to-day operations and develop efficient workflows.

The role emphasizes growth through cross-selling, carrier relationships, and data-driven decision making. You will mentor staff, conduct training on the agency management system, and contribute to annual evaluations while maintaining exceptional client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active WA P&C license.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic.
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• An active WA P & C License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
