Job summary

gpac is seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium client accounts. You will partner with the Director to refine processes and drive day-to-day operations, while pursuing growth through cross-selling and expanded coverage options.

The role requires 5+ years in Personal Lines, an active WA P&C license, and proficiency with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office. A collaborative, customer-focused leader will excel in this position.

• Continuously enhance the client service experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports to assess progress toward departmental goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Foster a productive and positive work environment within the department.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal utilization of our agency management system and carrier websites.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new team members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• An active WA P & C License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
