Job summary

gpac is seeking a Personal Lines Manager to lead a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients in Washington. You will work closely with the Director of Personal Lines to optimize day-to-day operations and develop efficient workflows.

The role emphasizes growth through cross-selling, carrier relationships, and data-driven decision making. You will mentor staff, conduct training on the agency management system, and contribute to annual evaluations while maintaining exceptional client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Active WA P&C license.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic.
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Personal Lines clients.
• Develop and streamline departmental workflows and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines to oversee operations.
• Identify growth opportunities for cross-selling and expanded coverage.
• Drive achievement of agency goals and performance objectives.
• Enhance client service experience and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports on progress toward goals.
• Cultivate relationships with insurance carriers.

• Provide ongoing training on agency management systems and carrier sites.
