Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Operations Manager in Washington to oversee day-to-day departmental activities, manage key client portfolios, and drive growth initiatives. The role emphasizes workflow optimization and cross‑selling opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include reporting, coaching staff, and collaborating with leadership to meet agency goals. Strong Applied Epic experience and WA P&C license are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines experience.
• Active WA P&C license.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and optimize workflows.

• Continuously enhance the client service experience, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Generate and analyze monthly reports to assess progress toward departmental goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
• Foster a productive and positive work environment within the department.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure optimal utilization of our agency management system and carrier websites.
• Participate in annual staff evaluations and contribute to the hiring and training of new team members.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• An active WA P & C License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred).
• Self‑motivation and a strong sense of accountability.
