Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

The role requires managing Florida plaintiff PI cases from intake through settlement, coordinating medical treatment, and maintaining thorough case documentation in Litify or Salesforce. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including Florida BI, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.

• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including experience handling Florida bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.
