Job summary

The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a Personal Injury Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision. This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive compensation range and growth opportunities within a premier injury law firm.

Responsibilities include managing Florida PI cases from intake through settlement, coordinating medical treatment, and communicating with insurance providers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience including BI, PIP, UM/UIM in Florida.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm using Litify or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications and medical treatment coordination.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
